Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, but only within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at support@metalshieldpro.com with your order number and the new address. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

All orders are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will either reship your order at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. We take full responsibility for transit issues.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! We ship to PO Boxes via USPS standard shipping. For APO/FPO military addresses, please allow an additional 7–14 business days for delivery. Express shipping is not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and email address to get real-time updates.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free for US customers. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
